Yeah I was surprised when I discovered this but there is lots of dlc planned so it makes sense.

But I made sure I finished every little side mission before going for the big suicide mission if I had known I could do them after I probably wouldn't have waited so long.

Yo Malc if you stick some spoiler tags on the title of this bitch then people like me (who don't wanna know) won't read it anymore.

Yeah but mentioning the whole

suicide mission

could be a pretty big spoiler.

I completed about 4 days ago, unfortunately Jack bought the farm, but that lesbo bitch deserved all she got. I can't believe I gotta play through again just to get the "bring back everyone alive" achievement.

I did, however to unclutter my 20 or so save files I deleted all but 2. I did the last bit twice, having an import for ME3.

I'm going through again on hardcore, as the name sugegsts, it is pretty hardcore. You can take a couple of shots before dying.

But I will go through again, and I will make sure I get everything right this time.

Then maybe one more playthrough being a complete asshat.

I finished it a few days ago, thought it was easier than the first.

The suicide mission isn't really a spoiler as it's listed on the cheevo's list

If you find a game too easy, put the difficulty up to normalROFL Laugh

A friend is goin through it on insanity at the moment and he says it´s harder than any COD game on veteran.

I played it on normal!!!

playing it again on insanity, it is hard, but not by much, you can only take 1-2 hit before dying.

I usually am "good" in games. Even had a halo in fable 2.

ME2 feels awesome though if you´re playin it the Renegade way.
I´m nice to my crew and the rest gets their ass kicked.

Renegade does NOT equal evil. You´ll see that if you ever play it that way :)

Some things flank you out of cover.

I guess I'm a bit shite, but there never seems a gap in the incoming fire to poke my head up on insanity.

I do make use of an exploit (of kinds) though. As an engineer I have a probe. Whichever enemy you set it on it will always go for the probe first. As my power recharges before the probe dies I can keep spawning it on the big mechs and whittle their health away standing right behind them.

Like Antman, I'm also playing as an engineer, and the probe power is bloody useful, as it draws the enemy fire away from you, whilst also attacking, but whilst the enemy are attack it, you can throw some major firepower/biotic power their way, by which time your powers have recharged and you can do it all again. Also I didn't say it wasn't hard, I said it didn't much feel a great deal harder than normal, sure it's a challenge, but it's not impossible to make progress on it pretty quickly once you've already been through it once.

*************spolier***************

i don't think i could go through it again on insanity, i just can't face the garrus or mordin missions again, there were a lot of corridors in those missions.  i liked the side mission where you had to run around the wreckaged space ship that was hanging off the edge of a cliff, that was great.

There's a spoiler button at the top, when you write your posts (the little smiley wearing shades) just highlight your text you want hidden, and then select the smiley, that way you won't ruin the game for those who haven't got that far.

Well, it does turn out I have to replay the game again. Remember my quandry with two of my crew?

Right, after Jack's loyalty mission, she and Miranda had a scuffle on the Normandy. At the time my paragon wasn't at the highest level, I had no choice but to pick one over the other, I naturally picked Miranda (who wouldn't?!).

Now, even though I'm fully paragon, when I talk to her, the two chat options are blanked out. Something like:

a. It was just lip service

b. I like it when you're mad.

I'm guessing they're both renegade options. I now have no missions left. All I can do it replay the final mission with varying choices to see if I can get that slap-head fecker to survive.

Ooh, I just thought, I could send her on the shuttle back with the crew, that might work…

EDIT: Nope, it doesn't work, shes boned either way.
